About
Subscriptions accumulate quietly. Most of us are paying monthly for a dozen things we tried once, needed for a week, or could genuinely build ourselves now that an AI coding agent can write a working app in an evening. This site is the structured version of that question — asked the same way, every time, and written down.
What a sheet is
- Every app gets the same treatment: a verdict, the reasoning behind it, a real build spec, and what you'd lose by leaving
- Verdicts are BUILD IT, BORDERLINE, or JUST PAY — see the method for exactly what each one means
- Every sheet also carries a Vibe Score, drawn from the Vibe Codeability Database — a fixed, browsable taxonomy rating individual build-blocks rather than vibes
What this isn't
- Not a takedown of any product on the register — plenty of sheets here say the subscription is the right call, and mean it
- Not legal, financial, or security advice. A verdict is editorial judgment about one build, not a guarantee about yours
- Not funded by the apps it reviews — see privacy for exactly what this site does and doesn't collect
How a sheet gets drawn
Pricing is checked against the app's own pricing page and dated. The build spec on each sheet is a real prompt, written to be handed to an agent as-is — not a marketing description of what's theoretically possible. When a price or a verdict goes stale, the sheet gets re-checked and the date moves.
